After completing a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Learning, I designed and implemented an Executive Function development curriculum for adolescents at a local private school I was working for. When I described it to people I’d meet, I would hear again and again, “Oh, I could totally use that myself!” It got me thinking.
At the same time, I heard from family, friends, friends of friends, and even strangers about projects or goals that they were passionate about but didn’t know where to start, how to plan, or because of other factors had sadly been relegated to the back burner of their lives.
When the time came for me to reassess the goals and trajectory of my own life, I decided to leverage my 20+ years of experience in education, cognitive coaching, computer science, business, the military, and medicine to design Enrichment Coaching – supporting passionate people in becoming their best selves and achieving their goals.
Force Multiplier is a military concept introduced to me during my time as a combat medic in the US Army Reserve. Recognizing its myriad applications in personal development and achievement, I’ve made it my mission to be a Force Multiplier for others while cultivating their becoming Force Multipliers in their own lives.

There are some intangibles that are difficult to put into words. One of those is the power of experience. It is hard won, visceral, and profoundly personal.
Knowing the internal “click” that signifies a new understanding enables recognizing it in another. When that understanding is achieved, there is a clear delineation between “before” and “after”. Once it is achieved, a whole new operating level is unlocked.
While these epiphanies may only take a moment, they are the result of time & effort, experimentation, iteration, repetition, and productive struggle.
